EXCHANGE, REFUND & RETURNS
- You can return your order within 14 days after your order has been successfully delivered to you. If you return your item(s) after 14 days, you will not qualify for a refund.
- We do not cover the cost on any inbound mail for exchanges. All the refunds and exchange requests are processed within 48 hours after the returned item has been successfully delivered to us.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned item must meet the following conditions:
- All returned item(s) must be in original condition with labels intact and with no odours (such as perfumes and aftershaves).
- All returned items(s) must be unworn and in the same condition as they were when sent out to you. Items categorised as unworn are those, which are not visibly worn, have no smell of any kind and are not damaged. If labels and/or tags are removed from the returned items, they will be classified as worn and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is a problem with your order when it is delivered to you, please contact us immediately to report the problem. A member of our team will be in touch to discuss the issue with you.
